Not sure if it is bug, but can't build anything because it keep exiting build mode in 5 seconds saying that you are outside the build area even when standing right in front of the workbench. Only happen with this settlement blueprint. Tested other settlements with and without blueprint settlement-works just fine.
hi, you probably haven't installed place every where and Starlight Clean, if in doubt also try using a mod that increases the budget of buildable objects in settlements
