This mod improves the chem crafting menu in the chemistry bench, organizing recipes by their main component, improving some flawed recipes and creating alternatives by making useful some flora elements that were basically ignored by Bethesda.
It is part of my a personal mod that I`m working on, and an expansion of my previous mod Psycho Fixes. All the fixes presented on that mod are included in this one with the following changes as well:
Calmex is now craftable, by using Med-X and Carrot Flower.
Fury now uses Melon Blossom for crafting instead of Berskerk Syringe.
Med-X is now craftable, by using Tato Flower.
Mutated Fern Flower is now used to craft Rad-X.*
* It is mentioned by Solomon that the plant can be used to craft this medicine, so I decided to include it.
Mutated Fern Flower is also an alternative for Hubflower for crafting Psycho.
Overdrive uses Irradiated Thistle for crafting instead of Nuka-Cola.
RadAway can also be crafted using Cave Fungus.*
*Before, the player could only use Glowing Fungus. The wiki says they are identical. Cave Fungus is present in the base game but only spawns on Far Harbor (Bethesda...). However, you don`t need Far Harbor to use this mod.
The chems crafting menu now presents an easier way to find the chems you want to craft, by adding new sorted recipes based on the main component of the chem. For example, Bufftats will appear both in the BUFFOUT and MENTATS menus.
