This mostly a "Male" shirt texture... I say mostly, because it replaces the T-Shirt and Slacks... just so happens that male and female both share the same texture file. The female is skewed because of well... boobs.

This is just a texture, replaces pre war t-shirt and slacks. So it won't pop up in the game unless you're starting fresh. I don't know how to use fo4edit to make it a standalone yet. So, you'll have to you the use the console command.
