THIS SHOULD WORK
JUST FOUND OUT THAT IF YOU HAVE F4SE YOU CAN GET A MOD CALLED GAME CONFIGURATION MENU THAT WORKS WITH MOD CONFIGURATION MENU.
IT WORKS ALOOOOT BETTER AND IS MUCH EASIER TO USE.
ALSO CUSTOMIZABLE.
This Mod Is For Version 1.9.4
If you aren't playing on 1.9.4, it MIGHT Screw up.
Backup Your Saves Before Installing Any Mod!
Pretty Much Don't Use This Mod If You're Not on 1.9.4
If you want a mod that is more customizable and has more features, get this mod.

You do need Mod Configuration Menu and F4SE though.
If this mod does not work, please say so in the "Posts" section. Hypothetically, this should allow you to run infinitely and have an infinite jetpack charge.
I don't know why but it doesnt work for me ( Yes I know I made it but calm down. ) but it should work for you.
