      No. They are actually decals. Decals aren't objects but "layer of paint" kind of.

      Thank you so much for the reply.
      I wish there was a way to "paint" decals in game as well.
      I wonder if decals can be turned into objects, I guess not since no one has done it by now.

   As a plumber by trade I try and avoid things like this IRL but I see the usefulness of this in Fallout , cool trap bro , good work
