When I attempt to build Sunshine Tidings the three buildings along the back won't complete structurally, I have all of the listed requirements installed and updated, is there anything else that is missing please?
Thanks for the kind words. Not sure why that would happen on your build as it just dropped into place for me without issue. Wonder if it might be an issue with one of the extended border mods. I have both "Clean and simple" and "build high" installed on my game rig.
These are for 5 settlements. The individual mod pages break it down a little. You can break it down further by not installing any mods you don't wish to use. I built my settlements over a few years and added mods as I went, so they simply exist on my HD... I guess I have accumulated lots of settlement building mods... After beating the game the first time, my interest in F4 was rebuilding the commonwealth a settlement at a time. There are some amazing mod authors here; I enjoy exploring their creative output.
I originally decided to put my designs on the Nexus for 2 reasons. 1. So that others can use them as templates should they find them interesting. 2. So I had a record of my designs to allow for re-installation if I removed Fallout 4 from my HD
