Makes the Alien Blaster always crit, just like in Fallout 3, but only when modded for Alien Blaster Rounds.

Permissions and credits
This is a simple tweak mod which restores my favorite effect from Fallout 3's version of the Alien Blaster: its ability to always critically hit.

For a bit of extra flavor (and balance), it only works when the gun is modded for Alien Blaster Rounds. Now, modding the gun for fusion cells is an actual choice you have to make, and not just something you do immediately when you hit science! 4. Plus, it makes you have to think a little harder about when to use those precious Alien Blaster Rounds, just like Fallout 3's Blaster.

I honestly can't believe someone hasn't made this already. I looked, and didn't find anything, but if I missed it, I'm sorry. Please let me know if this is the case.
