Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Instead of being a sprawling town, I built this to be small and compact. A place you can drop in and out of during your adventures. It supports 8 settlers and is completely self sufficient. The settlement also contains a general trader.
Just about everything that was originally at the settlement I left alone. I only scrapped a couple things that would end up clipping with what I built. I would recommend importing the blueprint first, then going through to scrap what's clipping.
