These are 6 female presets. They are of various looks/ambiguous ethnicity and ready to use in game or customise however you like. Requires LooksMenu and F4SE. I love strong facial features and a bit of a stylised look!
The preset screenshots are labelled with their names. I have been away from playing the game for a while and have a couple of conflicting texture mods that are causing strange skin tones (also mixed with the custom ENB contrast settings I'm using). I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet, but I can assure you that they will use whatever skin/skin tones you have installed.
I have included all of the presets in one download as it's a small file and easier for me that way.
Copy the preset/s you want to use in game into your Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets folder.

CONSOLE?? 
As far as I'm aware, LooksMenu doesn't work on consoles, so no, sorry. Someone is welcome to make a default preset replacer and upload that ESP if you credit me.
