I'd highly recommend using one of those mod managers let them do the hard work
if you want to do it manually download it open the zip and drop the data or sound folder into your fallout 4 installation location.
It changes 143 textures to have a lovely rainbow color
from blood spatters when a human or creature is hit
to bullet holes
to blood spatters that land on walls and floors
to even Blood bags, they'll contain rainbow blood.
The reason i made it was because this exists

apparently that mod only adds rainbow colored blood to melee weapons
so i wanted to take it a step further and replace every living things blood with rainbow blood when they weren't looking or when they were sleeping...they'll be okay...i think.
I do love rainbows honestly
seeing them in real life gives me a magic feeling
to see pyrovision from TF2 where fire and pain is replaced with rainbows and laughter
