makes Boston mayoral shelter a settlement, currently does not allow settlers but I plan on rectifying that in the future. now has settlers and supply lines YAY the workstation is located next to the basketball court things to note
do not build automatons in the shelter, they become hostile. I don't know why if anyone has any idea why or a potential fix please let me know
