A simple perk overhaul made with Survival mode and removed health scaling in mind.

In the future I would also like to remove or adjust damage increasing effects from other sources like magazines, companion perks and chems.
This is the first mod I ever created and/or published and I do not have much experience with CK, so I'd be very happy to hear your feedback and suggestions in the comment section.
Brief overview of changes:
- Removed damage increase bonuses from most perk (e.g. Commando, Gunslinger, Heavy Weapons).
- Points invested in Strength still increase your melee damage (vanilla formula DamageMultiplier=1+(Strength×.01))
- Perks increasing critical hit damage still retain their effect, but the bonus is now significantly reduced.
- Status effects like disarm, cripple or stagger are now more apparent in game.
- Adjusted some perks to be less beneficial (e.g. Lifegiver, Medic, Chemist).
- Critical hits are now possible outside of V.A.T.S. and scale with your LUCK stat.
- Some perks have been swapped around (just a personal taste).
- Some perk ranks were removed so that 100% immunity to radiation or chem addiction is no longer possible to achieve.
STRENGTH
1.Iron Fist
Rank 1 - Punching attacks have 5% chance to disarm your opponent. Unarmed Power Attacks have 5% chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
Rank 2 - Punching attacks have 10% chance to disarm your opponent. Unarmed Power Attacks have 10% chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
Rank 3 - Punching attacks have 15% chance to disarm your opponent. Unarmed Power Attacks have 15% chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
Rank 4 - Punching attacks have 20% chance to disarm your opponent. Unarmed Power Attacks have 20% chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
Rank 5 - Critical hits in V.A.T.S. will paralyze your opponent.
2.Big Leagues
rank 1 - Your melee weapon attacks gain 10% chance to disarm and or cripple your opponent.
rank 2 - Your melee weapon attacks gain 20% chance to disarm and or cripple your opponent.
rank 3 - Your melee weapon attacks gain 30% chance to disarm and or cripple your opponent.
rank 4 - Your melee weapon attacks hit all targets in front of you.
rank 5 - Your melee weapon attacks gain chance to grand slam opponent head clean off!

Rank 1 - Heavy guns have 5% improved hip fire accuracy and gain 1% chance to stagger your opponent.

Rank 3 - Heavy guns have 15% improved hip fire accuracy and gain 3% chance to stagger your opponent.
Rank 4 - Heavy guns have 20% improved hip fire accuracy and gain 4% chance to stagger your opponent.
Rank 5 - Heavy guns have 25% improved hip fire accuracy and gain 5% chance to stagger your opponent.
6.Strong Back - Vanilla
7.Steady Aim - Now also affects shotguns
Rank 1 - Stay on target! Hip-fire accuracy is improved by 10% when firing any gun.
Rank 2 - Hip-fire accuracy is improved by 20% when firing any gun.
Rank 3 - Hip-fire accuracy is improved by 30% when firing any gun.
8.Basher
Rank 1 - Gun bashing has 10% chance to knockdown, cripple or disarm your opponent.
Rank 2 - Gun bashing has 20% chance to knockdown, cripple or disarm your opponent.
Rank 3 - Gun bashing has 30% chance to knockdown, cripple or disarm your opponent.
9.Rooted - Removed damage increase portion, added energy resistance
Rank 1 - You're part tree! While standing still, you gain +25 Damage and Energy Resistance.
Rank 2 - While standing still, you now gain +50 Damage and Energy Resistance.
Rank 3 - While standing still, you may automatically disarm enemies that use melee weapons against you.

Rank 1 - Attacks with non-automatic rifles ignore 5% of a target's armor. They also have 5% chance of crippling a limb.

Rank 3 - Attacks with non-automatic rifles ignore 15% of a target's armor. They also have 15% chance of crippling a limb.

Rank 1 - The bigger the boom, the better! Your explosives affect 10% larger area, and you can craft explosives at any Chemistry Station.
Rank 2 - Your explosives affect 20% larger area. Your grenades gain a throwing arc.
Rank 3 - Your explosives affect 30% larger area. You also gain 10% explosive damage resistance.
Rank 4 - Your explosives affect 40% larger area. You also gain 20% explosive damage resistance.

7. Awareness - (swapped places with Refractor)
Rank 1 - To defeat your enemies, know their weaknesses! 10% increase to hit chance to VATS targets. You can also view a target's specific damage resistances in V.A.T.S.
Rank 2 -Knowing their weaknesses lets you attack more efficiently. 20% increase to hit chance to VATS targets.

Rank 1 - Stay focused! In V.A.T.S. every attack on the same body part gains +5% accuracy.

10.Adrenaline Rush (Solar Powered Swapped with Nerd Rage!)
Rank 1 - Not.Dead.Yet! When your Health drops below 25%, time slows and you gain 25 Damage and Energy Resistance while the effect lasts.
Rank 2 - You gain 50 more Damage and Energy Resistance while Nerd Rage is in effect.
Rank 3 - You gain 75 more Damage and Energy Resistance and kills you make while enraged restore some lost Health.

Rank 1 - Women/Men are 25% easier to persuade in dialogue.
Rank 2 - Women/Men are 50% easier to persuade in dialogue and to pacify with the Intimidation perk.

3.Lone Wanderer - Removed damage increase portion, lowered incoming damage reduction.
Rank 1 - Who needs friends, anyway? When adventuring without a companion, you take 5% less damage and carry weight increases by 50.
