Patch to make Asxas G-11 rifle buildable at the weaponsmith workbench from bionicyardiffs standalone workbenches

Makes the G-11 assault rifle craft able at the weaponsmith workbench.
This patch makes the G-11 from Asxas G-11 Kraut space Magic Mod use the workbenches from Bionicyardiffs/whispers Standalone Workbenches Mod.
It makes the weapon craft able at the weaponsmith workbench. Their are 2 versions of the patch, one that allows you to craft the weapon as soon as you install it, the second version requires you to complete the quest "brick in the wall" before you can craft the weapon. This will only allow you to craft non-unique versions
Both files are flagged as ESL files and will not count against your load order max count
