Unfinished Modder's Resource but is still playable. An abandoned military warehouse building on an Expanded Spectacle island. Basically wanted a place away from the commonwealth to live with super duper large armory to store all my weapons. Mod is about 95% navmeshed.
known issues:
- Flickering ground texture between dirt and water
- Settlers sometimes don't hang out in the new land but only on the main spectacle island, something to do with the sandbox I guess.
- Interior and exterior workshop not linked- (I tried and failed)
- Vertbirds don't land on the helipad.
