Modified the batchscript to instead convert DDS images to PNG.
Uses InputTextures/OutputTextures folders instead of InputImages/Output Images to keep things organized.

The .bat script can be edited to output different image formats including tif or jpeg

Uses texdiag.exe and makes a text file that lists all of the textures and their DDS format. Really useful when trying to find specific textures to update/replace. (for example, to replace DXT5 textures with BC7 textures)
