This is completely silly and totally OP. Honestly, I don't even know what will happen when(if?) you break the caps limit lol.
For now, you'll have to add the hammer via console. Open the console, type "help hammer 0" without the quotes. Find the RefID# your load order assigned the Green Hammer of Death (should be one of the last entries), and type "player.additem" followed by the RefID#.
All forms are unique and only reference other unique forms so there should be no issues.
