Transfer Settlement Blueprint for Nordhagen Beach. Built using only main game and DLC items.

Vanilla blueprint for Nordhagen Beach using only main game and DLC items. Beds for 14, including the three already there, tier 3 clinic, restaurant, and general goods, along with tier 2 weapons, clothing and armor. There is plenty of breathing room which is how I prefer it, or plenty more building space if that's your thing.
This uses Slot #28 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just want to assign it to a different slot.
You can leave the existing crops. The child can't be reassigned without some console manipulation, so I kept that crop area as is, and added more crops in another area which they will auto assign to. Prior to import, just scrap the debris on the beach and items behind the existing shack.
Setup and Stability: If you're new to this or have stability issues, please read.
