About this mod
An extremely detailed and unique bunker home. Accessed from a hatch in the backyard of your Sanctuary abode.

Features:
- Very detailed with a lived-in look
- Gaming area
- Interactive doors for cabinets/counters
- Elevation changes create a unique atmosphere
- Open living area
- Unique bathroom
- Small companion area / VR room
- Fully navmeshed
- A few custom weapons (10mm pistol modified to a .45 caliber pistol + a shotgun called Speakeasy)
- Two sets of full combat armor, so you can leave one set for them aesthetics in the recessed entry display.
- Located behind your Sanctuary home (will add optional locations with subsequent updates)
- Also, thinking of adding a quest and/or some other way to get into the bunker
Requires:
All of the DLC.
Update 1.1:
- Fixed navmesh near weapons workbench. Thanks to Slasher7 for spotting that.
- Added Nuka mixing station in pantry. Suggestion thanks to quietwolffallout.
- Moved around a few objects in pantry to accommodate mixing station.
Uses vanilla assets. No large files to download.
All of the storage is safe, so they will not respawn.
