This is my blueprint of Tenpines Bluff. To get the most out of this blueprint, you should use Scrap Everything to scrap every item except the farm field and the campfire. The rest should all be cleared beforehand. Don't remove the tato plants either. Once the settlement is cleared of everything, including that default shack and the destroyed shack then import this blueprint.
Note you will need a number of mods to get the most ouf of this, so be sure to check the requirements tab and have all the mods listed. This settlement's inn will house up to 14 settlers as each room has bunk beds. The rooms are sparsely decorated thus leaving things open for you to improve upon. Of course seeing as this is a transfer settlement blueprint, you will need to manually download it and put it into the appropriate folderwhich is usually:
\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\1
the 1 can be any number, I am just using it as an example.
