Near Salem is pub Silver Shadow. which I made, and beach next to it, into settlements. Also included is USAF Olivia Settlement. All tested and found working!

Stay At Home Gift Bundle 2 --- Silvernuka Beach and USAF Olivia Settlements
This release contains 2 external settlements at pub Silver Shadow, and beach next to it, at locations that are close to Salem in the Fallout 4 game. Release contains also 1 external settlement at USAF Satellite Station Olivia. All are a vanilla player settlement sites, meaning there is no need for other MOD's or any of the DLC's. There should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect the same areas of course.
I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g. as I use it myself all the time!
NukaSilver Settlements
Pub Silver Shadow, (PubSilverShadow.esp),
Close to Salem is a pub dedicated to Silver Shadow and also a small dock for fishing boats and pleasure yachts. This place is now turned into a settlement.
Nuka Beach Settlement, (NukaBeachSettlement.esp),
Also close to Salem is a small Nukabeach next to pub Silver Shadow, but no Nuka World DLC needed! This is now a player settlement too!
LOL, this advice comes late, sorry, I did have a nagging feeling I had forgotten something but it never materialized until now:
Conquering these two settlements needs better than low level rank. Just a warning! :D
USAF Olivia Settlement
USAF Olivia Settlement, (USAF-OliviaSettlement.esp),
CrimsonLegion94 requested this player settlement, so thank you very much for that suggestion! This is a very nice settlement and good for early game.
This is NOT a game save nor a settlement blueprint!
Installing these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp files from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder or use MOD Manager if you have one!
These MODs are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now, these MODs works fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!
NOTICE: I hate making borders, so these External Settlements don't have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to make those borders? However pictures of each settlement show quite well the respective build areas.
Cautionary Mention: Most of the builds seen in pictures are only examples, they do not exists in MODs!
ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no MUST to install all 3 MOD's. You can install any number from 0-3 of them.
