Thank you for your mod. It works fine with me. Though I have some problem when using if-statement in bat command. (It has nothing to do with the mod, because I encounter the same problem when using command "bat hotkeybatch" directly in game console)
I'm tring to quipe and unequipe an specific armor with hotkey, the command goes like this:
When directly input this command in game, it works fine. But when called through bat, the game returns 'unmatched if/else/endif' error.
I tried using 14 or '14' instead of 'player', nothing changes. I also use "prid 14" before the rest of the commands. It didn't return error, but no command was actually executed.
If anyone has experience in using if statement in bat file, please help me. In the meantime, I will use two hotkey separately for equipe and unequipe. Not the cleanest way, but it just works :)
would it be possible for lower weapon to bind it to "Hold R" instead of just a single button press? Button lowered weapons mod does this but its incompatible with another mod im trying to use.
Would It be possible for you to create a video on how to use the HotkeyBatch.txt functionality? I've been trying to create Explosive cycling and "hold breath" hotkeys for hours with no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.
That's beyond the scope of this mod as it would require modifying actors/NPCs by applying a keyword to them. Instead you could use the mod below, it does exactly what you want: QuickTrade
That mod doesn't work with companions, only settlers and traders. Its redux version is also broken in that if you turn it off via MCM, it'll remain off permanently even if turned back on in the MCM.
Companion Command and Tactics actually works pretty well for this, but only actually works on your first hired companion.
Quick Trade and Quick Lockpicking works with multiple companions but has no way to turn it off and likely conflicts with the vanilla game's Robotics Expert perk.
This game is severely in need of some kind of hotkey mod that lets you just press a key to trade items with a follower who is currently within your view.
Because, half the time, when I'm attempting to get the inventory trade command dialogue to show up it just doesn't and instead I get the normal talk dialogue.
Bethesda fucked this game up so badly with so many poor decisions, but this is particularly egregious. Especially given the fact that Fallout New Vegas had that great, convenient Companion Wheel built into the game which worked perfectly. Why they didn't just copy that over for Fallout 4 is beyond me.
When did this idea of simple convenience become obsolete?
It wouldn't be such a big deal if there actually existed a decent mod which fixed this problem, but there isn't. Every single one has some sort of issue, or breaks something else. Very frustrating honestly.
I'd try to fix it myself, but the way scripting works in FO4 and in Skyrim is very different from FNV and Oblivion, and I don't particularly understand it.
Is there some reason why I can't bind Mouse2? I just want to have melee on Mouse2 (right click) and the grenade throw on another key but it won't let me bind Mouse2 even if I clear it in the vanilla control settings.

Thank you!
Could you make more than 5 batch file hotkeys? Maybe 10?
