   I am also experiencing issues with survival mode as well. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

   all i want to delete is the grass and bushes and junk piles, NOT walls and buildings.
   
   this mod worked just fine yesterday, but when i started up the game today in survival, suddenly it didn't work. either i can delete everything or i can delete nothing.
