Several patches for the underground hideout in "Concord Underground Hideout - Playerhome - Settlement" - Vis/Vis-G, lights, build area, furniture, cats

I always liked this little bunker settlement. However I never used it in a meaningful way, because there are a series of "issues" with it that made it less perfect than it could have been in my eyes. These patches are what I came up with to address them.

There is an "Eff's Choice" patch that applies all the changes I wanted. But I also made some separated patches, so that you can select the changes you want in your game yourself.

Features:
  • light plugins - do not take up a mod slot
  • adds a Vis/Vis-G tag to the only note of the mod and renames it from "Raider Letter" to "[Note] Concord Underground Raider Letter"
  • expands the build area to also cover the room on the right - you can build everywhere now
  • removes the custom music from the original mod
  • allows you to fast travel from inside the settlement
  • removes all light sources (you could not scrap) and all fake light sources (which were left over if you used Place Anywhere to scrap the lanterns and candles)
  • changes the ambience light to practically pitch black (using a vanilla light source from Old North Church, therefore avoiding the black NPC textures bug) -> really adds to the "sewer" atmosphere and you can set up the lighting effects now exactly how you like it
  • removes the pre-placed furniture (including the un-scrappable power armor stand, the un-scrappable bobblehead shelf, the un-scrappable couch, the barber and surgery chairs and all the "lean on wall" and other animation markers, but leaving the metal shelf with the shipments ...this shelf can be scrapped in workshop mode)
  • Removes the two cats, since they were just constantly blocking my way

Installation:
  • via NMM/Vortex (or put the .esp to your Data folder and activate it)

Compatibility/Load Order:
  • No compatibility issues - only overwrites entries added by the original mod
  • place after the original mod

Have fun!
