Cache 1 - Sanctuary Island - located near rocks around the back of the gardens, not far from Stream. Most variety of items within this cache as its closer to home. 
Contains - clothing, cloth rags, Radaway, RadX. Antibiotics, Small Knife, 10 mm Ammo (for my day to day pistol), basic Hygiene kit, food, water.
Cache 2 - Arcjet - located around the back, up the hill near rocks. This cache Contains - food and water only
Cache 3 - Walden's Pond - located just of the road/Dam, down the hill towards Walden's Pond far side from those idiots at the Co-Op. 
Contains - Clothes, food, water, RadX, basic Hygiene kit, cloth rags.
Cache 4 - National Guard Training Yard - need to be careful when approaching this one, night time is best for cover. located to the side of the training yard behind the billboard in a cluster of trees. 
Contains - Combat Rifle, .45 Ammo, RadX, soap, antibiotics, water, food, cloth strips.
Cache 5 - Mystic Pines - located around the back of the home towards the lake, under the highway.
Contains - 10 mm Ammo, Radaway, cloth strips, water, food
Cache 6 - Beantown Brewery - located around the back of the brewery between the railway track and the river.
Contains - Antibiotics, food, water, .45 Ammo and .44 Ammo
Cache 7 - Wildwood Cemetery - located on a hill top overlooking the cemetery to the south
Contains - food and water only
Cache 8 - Lake Quannapowitt - located uphill near northern pier behind trees
Contains - Combat Knife, Antibiotics, Radaway, RadX, food, water, 308 Ammo
Cache 9 - Red Rocket/ Military Check point - Need to be aware of Military presence around this location and it may be to dangerous to retrieve cache items - located  near a rock outcrop between the Red Rocket and the Check Point. 
Contains - Hunting Rifle, 308 Ammo, RadX, soap, antibiotics, water, food, cloth strips.
Cache 10 - Chestnut Hillock Reservoir - Need to be wary of approaching this cache Vault Tech has built a vault on the hill above this cache, may need to approach from the lake staying low to the ground at night -  located  between vault and Chestnut Hillock reservoir.
Contains - Old Hazmat Suit, Cloth rags, RadX, Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, water, food.
Cache 11 - Abandoned Church near Atlantic offices - located in cluster of trees around the back of the church.
Contains - Combat Knife, Antibiotics, Radaway, RadX, food, wate, Shotgun Shells
Cache 12 - Boston Airport - approach at night area very busy lots of security - located around the back of the airport multistory carpark.
Contains - food and water only
Cache 13 - Hyde Park - located under highway near stone support
Contains - Antibiotics, food, water, .45 Ammo and .44 Ammo
Cache 14 - Quincy - located between Quincy, the river/sea and Red Rocket
Contains - Combat shotgun, Shotgun shells, food, water, antibiotics, cloth strips, RadX
Cache 15 - Middlesex County Swimming Pool - located on the hill across the road from the fromt entrance behind a tree
Contains - 44 Pistol, .44 Ammo, RadX, water, food, cloth rags
Cache 16 - Robotics Pioneer Park - located on top of a rock outcrop near support for highway
Contains - water, food, Antibiotics, soap, RadX, cloth strips, .45 Ammo, Submachine gun
Cache 17 - Kings Port Lighthouse - located near the Y Junction across the road from the beech and Lighthouse
Contains - Combat Knife, Antibiotics, Radaway, RadX, food, wate,.45 Ammo
Cache 18 - Coastguard Pier - located inbetween a cluster of trees near the Helipad
Contains - .44 Ammo, Radaway, cloth strips, water, food
Cache 19 - Medford - located around the back of Medford Memorial hospital, between the hospital and Dark Hollow Pond,
Contains - Road Leathers, basic Hygiene kit, cloth strips, RadX, food, water
Cache 20 - Fort Hagen Satellite Array - take care when approaching this on as the Military maybe present, best to approach at night and from the back to avoid detection. located - near a rock out crop at the back of the satellites.
