Removing the buzzing noise from most flying mobs to help people with Entomophobia

Entomophobia is a phobia of one or more classes of insects, including flying swarms of insects. Fallout 4 has 5 different cases of these noise:
This mod silences them to help people who suffer from this. It was made at the request of user ReeceBar! This one's for them!
Small note is that when they attack you may hear a little bit of buzzing, but this largely reduces it. It was the only compromise between not having buzzing and having no noise when they attack (which would be jarring)
