Adds the DC-15A Blaster Rifle created by DMagnus to the Brotherhood of Steel's leveled Lists.

This mod adds the DC-15A Blaster Rifle, originally created by DMagnus, to the Leveled Lists of the Brotherhood of Steel. It replaces most of the Brotherhood's weapons, but not all of them. This is partially intentional--I wanted to leave some variety (and some actors refused to ditch their laser rifles).
This mod is an alteration of DMagnus's original esp and contains all of the needed assets. Thus, you do not need his mod in addition to this one. It comes with its own animations and sound effects, so it will look and sound very different from the resto of the laser weapons in the game. For consistency, I recommend using "Star Wars-esque Laser Bolts." It will modify the sounds and visuals of other laser weapons to look and sound more like blasters from Star Wars.
