I doubt that I'm the only one having this issue. But, how do I import the blueprint? I've tried using the holotape, but it does not show up. Please fix

So there is a feature in Transfer Settlements which is to "nuke" the current settlement, and it essentially destroys all previous constructions there. This is basically needed because i deleted the Starlight Drive In vanilla structures in my build. You could just scrap it all instead though with a scrap mod :)
