This mod removes the radiation from outside Vault 88.

Vault 88 is a great settlement, however I hated having to sustain the radiation outside it. Not only would it be a waste of RadAway/RadX, but I always felt bad for the settlers who would have to go through that.
So I do what I usually do when something about the game bugs me. I made the mod for it. It also provides an in-lore explanation (terminal) as to why there are radioactive barrels and sludgy water outside the Vault. This can be found in the trailer near the top right of the Quarry.
Compatability: this should be compatible with most mods. It shouldn't break precombines
