Two great mods now work together.
AlwaysAPerk gives a SPECIAL perk every time you select rank 2 in a Perk.
Wasteland Survival is a giant overhaul, and one of the things it does is nerfing many perks.
Together this makes perks more fun!
This patch also nerfs whatever perks and magazines that were still left vanilla from Wastelan

This patch also nerfs whatever perks and magazines that were still left untouched (and hence might be slightly overpowered) from Wasteland Survival.
Those two mods together makes specializing a character more rewarding, since you are forced to level up a perk twice in order to get SPECIAL-attributes for the next perks.

Likely safe to install/uninstall this mid playthrough, but rank 2 stats are not retroactive, so won't work if any perks are rank 2 or above.
