WARWICK
A large settlement with a slight Minutemen theme in the Warwick Homestead build space. Some of the fence pieces will need to be scrapped as well as some of the broken catwalks in the tanks.
There's a section of floor in the barracks that requires one of the scrappable catwalk pieces or you can just fill it in yourself. Check the last picture to see where I mean.
Also, some annoying grass is growing through some of the floors in the southern building. Not sure which mod is best for getting rid of that.
Important:
Even though this blueprint is smaller than my version of the Castle, I've had some issues when attempting to save shortly after importing where the game just crashes on me.
I've never seen this with any of my other blueprints and it could just be some corrupt game files on my end, but I highly recommend walking to a distant location (maybe as far as the edge of downtown) before you attempt any saves after the import.
