How to install:
- Unzip the downloaded file. There should be a file named "Billie.json" inside.
- Copy and paste "Billie.json" into your presets folder. If you have other presets for LooksMenu, they will appear here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
(If you have WIndows 10, you should be able to copy and paste this address into the search bar to locate it.)
- Check your presets menu in the character creation screen. It will be listed simply as "Billie."
