Adds a female LooksMenu preset named Logan, an unfinished Institute synth prototype who was promptly discarded into the Commonwealth.

Character information:
Loosely based around the android concept of Detroit: Become Human, Logan was one of the Institute's greatest achievements: a fully articulate supercomputer who could surpass the smartest scientists. The strongest Coursers were no match for her reflexes, yet she bore a friendly face, making her easy to communicate with. Logan's personality is stately and quick to respond in a courteous, intelligent manner.
She was promptly dubbed the newest version of synth: generation 4, and was marked as the "perfect model creation."
How and why she went unfinished/abandoned is up to the player. The component meant for simulating human hair and skin was unfortunately damaged. This left parts of her 3D-printed base visible, and her hair was left unable to materialize. Logan bears yellow, glowing synth eyes, iconic of the Institute.

How to install:
- Unzip the downloaded file. There should be a file named "Logan.json" inside.
- Copy and paste "Logan.json" into your presets folder. If you have other presets for LooksMenu, they will appear here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
