Further increased Combat Shotgun rate of fire at expense of small damage reduction (Auto only)
Reduced Molotov's explosion damage (addition of fire effect made it somewhat OP)
Greatly reduced Institute Laser recoil to support idea that it's a more high-tech weapon and oriented towards automatic fire.
Increased Alien Blaster damage 30% (alien ammo). Rechambering to Fusion Cells will decrease damage to vanilla level and also decrease ammo capacity (so it meets vanilla mod description now).
Increased Broadsider's ballistic portion of damage by 80% to somewhat balance it's rare ammo.
Slightly reduced Institute Laser damage with automatic barrels.
