The Kingport Lighthouse is a settlement that contains, well, a lighthouse. For some reason there is added wind SFX at the top of the lighthouse, which is just annoying to me. This removes the sound emitter related to that. The normal commonwealth ambience is kept, so there will still be wind just much quieter. Enb: PRC -30s.Hazmat First mod by the way. Apologies in advance for any mistakes.
