I saw two other mods that did pretty much the same thing, but I wasn't sure if one would still work since somebody called it outdated and the other seemed to apply the same change to every NPC. I decided that I should just make my own mod, so here it is. The file is a light plugin, so take into consideration the load order when deciding if another mod will be compatible. This means that any mods which alter the same combat forms will be incompatible.
There is a list of every combat form I changed, the initial value of the accuracy multiplier, and the new value in the images section. Some of them probably didn't need to be changed, but I changed them anyway just to be safe.
