Replaces the Idiot Savant laughter for male characters with something less derpy and more maniacal.

I actually like the female Idiot Savant laughter. She sounds insane and excited, not challenged. This is my attempt to do the same for male characters.
I searched the web for a couple hours trying to find the most fitting free and appropriately licensed male maniacal laughter. In the end I decided on some clips from acekasbo on freesound.org. Specifically Maniacal Laugh 1.wav and Maniacal Laugh 2.wav. Both of which are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License.
I used Audacity to separate the bits I wanted, and XWM to WAV Conversion from arecaidianfox here on the nexus to convert to xwm format.
Installation:
1. Put the Sound folder in your Fallout 4 Data folder.
2. Edit Fallout4.ini (generally located at C:\Users\<YourName>\My Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini), changing "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" to "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\" (if you've already added SOUND to that list for another mod you don't need to change anything.)
