About this mod
This mod adds in a Minuteman themed pistol, called "The Minuteman's Pistol." It is actually a retextured Deliverer mesh added in as a new gun. THIS MOD DOES NOT EFFECT THE DELIVERER WEAPON. It uses the same model as the Deliverer, but is a fully new weapon. It is a standalone, so it doesn't spawn on NPCs.

Updates:
Hey people! I finally got around to updating this mod. This'll probably be the final update, as there's really nothing else to add. If you have any bugs or anything, leave a comment.
Changes:
- Added back the red safety to the texture.
- Added in the suppressor as an available modification.
- Took dope new screenshots.
Where to find it:
This gun can be found in the museum of freedom. It's in the room were you first meet Preston and the gang, on the same desk as the bobblehead (See the images tab). If you want to cheat it in, the id is: "SHOOT_TheMinutemanPistol"
Overview:
As I stated above, this is a new standalone weapon added into the game. It uses the Deliverer mesh, but almost everything else is different.
- Lore wise, it fires 9mm and .38 rounds. Yes, there's a slight difference between the two, but a gun chambered in .38 should be able to fire 9mm rounds with minimal issues. Gameplay wise, it only fires .38.
- Has a base damage of 30, but a high-ish AP cost. If you have the max gunslinger perk, you can get the damage up to 104, which is pretty good.
- Has all of the mods that the Deliverer has.
- I'm just going to say this again, because I'm 100% sure someone's gonna ask me. This does not change the Deliverer.
Backstory:
This gun is the last of a batch of pistols issued to the minutemen as the standard sidearm, way back when. It was manufactured by the Gun Runners in the New California Republic, and shipped into the commonwealth. If you don't like my lore, then feel free to make up your own.
Planned Updates:
- Add a custom textured suppressor Completed as of latest update.
- Re add the little red safety on the slide, which I overlooked. Thank you for pointing it out. Completed as of latest update.
- Fix any bugs you guys may find.

This gun is part of a huge minutemen faction overhaul mod I'm currently making. I had the idea to make this pistol available as a standalone, just because. It's the first mod that I've felt was good enough to publish, and I really hope you enjoy it. If you encounter any bugs or issues with this mod, please make a bug report.
You can expect some more mods from me down the line. Most will be minutemen themed, but some will not. Again, I really hope you enjoy using this mod.
