The Hooded Rags were one of the ugliest in-game outfits for me, so I made my own replacement for it
Works for Male and Female
Will replace all existing Hooded Rags, and also rename it to "Settler's Outfit"
If you don't want the extra esp, just delete it, but the "beanie" will still show up without it.
