Gives the player a perk point when they consume a Perfectly Preserved Pie.

This small mod gives the player perk point(s) when they consume a Perfectly Preserved Pie, hence the name "Perfectly Preserved Perk Pie".
Version 2.0 introduces configurable perk points received from the pie. The default has been set from 1 to 3 but you can use a special item to change how many perks you could potentially get. If you set the minimum to be the same as the maximum, you will always get that many points. If the minimum is less than the maximum, you will randomly get a number between them.
To get the item, type
Compatible with Port-A-Diner Perfection. This mod only alters the original pie, it will not give perks for any of the new pies, and I won't be making a version that does.
(Probably) Incompatible with Perfectly Preserved Pie gives XP, Perfectly Preserved Pie Immersion Enhancer, and Perfectly Preserved Pie Perfected.
[NOTE] I have included the Survival difficulty fix from UFO4P. No real reason not too.
