This is a retexure of the army fatigues in Fallout 4 so they would look like the old Russian VSR camo. little background history about VSR camo, the Russian VSR camo entered service around 1991 but after the introduction of Flora pattern in 1998 it declined in usage with the Russian Armed Forces.
