Receive damage and Damage dealt by the player. Now with multiple options, all you need to do is combine a receive damage .esp with a player damage dealt .esp of your choosing.
Installation
Add "bEnableFileSelection=1" in "Fallout4Prefs.ini" below the [launcher].
put the esps in Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
The esp should load when you start the game
if your want to set the load order go to "AppData\Local\Fallout4" and add one of the esp to the "plugins.txt" after the "Fallout4.esm".
