I revised Taffington Boathouse to look more like a prewar farm that does some fishing. You will have to connect the power connectors, generator, and street lights yourself. Check the screenshots to see some of the connectors that may not be obvious. I've expanded the build area by 25%.
WARNING - This mod breaks pre-combines.
Thank you to Damanding for passing on some helpful information regarding pre-combines. I will be working on fixing the other suggestions.
FYI: I use a lot of texturing mods for my game - so - the screenshots posted reflect that and may not be the same for you, depending on any texturing mod that you are using. For example: the workshop workbench is a combination of Horza's blue workshop and the Silver Shroud workshop. I did not include that in this mod, nor did I include the clean workbench and the concrete brick textures that I use in my game. I did include 90% of the textures that I did use so that you will get the appearance that I wanted.
It's amazing what you can do with a bit of Abraxo and Yellow Paint from Hardware Town.
