Adds and improves the existing mods to the Zetan Arsenal weapons.

Rebalances the existing weapon mods for the Alien Atomizer, Disintegrator, and Shock Baton. Adds new improved mods with increased stats and some effects. That's it.

Zetan Arsenal creation club content obviously required.

Standard Barrel: 40 Damage
Standard Improved: 55 Damage
Auto Barrel: 35 Damage + Automatic
Splitter Barrel: 55 Damage
Splitter Improved: 70 Damage + Accuracy Up
Slicer Barrel: 50 Damage
Slicer Improved: 65 Damage + Bleed
Suppressor Barrel: 60 Damage + Fire Rate Down
Suppressor Improved: 80 Damage + Fire Rate Down + Critical Up
Fusion Mag: -10 Damage -10 Capacity

Disintegrator:
Short Barrel: 50 Damage
Short Improved: 70 Damage + Tracking
Long Barrel: 55 Damage
Long Improved: 80 Damage
Atomizing Mist Barrel: 5 + 25 Damage
Igniting Mist Barrel: 5 + 20 Damage + Ignites
Lobber Barrel: Default
Unstable Lobber: Default + Detonates on Impact
Sniper Barrel: 75 Damage + Fire Rate Down
Improved Sniper: 90 Damage + Fire Rate Down + Critical Up
Spinner Barrel: 40 Damage + Automatic
Improved Spinner: 55 Damage + Fire Rate Up + Automatic
