Salvaged Power Armor is T-45d Power Armor that has been stripped and mounted on an undersuit using a technique created by the NCR during the NCR-Brotherhood War. NCR technicians stripped out the frame mounts and replaced the rad scrubbers with a custom air conditioning module, allowing it to be used by soldiers without the need for a power armor frame or fusion core. The process, however, dramatically reduces its effectiveness, as "It feels like you're carrying a brahmin on your back". 

Salvaged Power Armor does not require a Power Armor Frame and doesn't give any additional strength bonus or the usual radiation resistence of normal T-45 Power Armor.

Salvaged Power Armor can be crafted at a Chem Station (after unlocking the Armorer 1 and Science 1 perks) by stripping the T-45 Power Armor pieces and combining them into a functional full suit of armor. The salvaged armor can then be modified at any armor workbench

A Salvaged Rad Scrubber Mask can also be crafted at the chem station (after unlocking Armorer 2 and Science 3) and provideds 95 Rad Resistence.

Unique faction paints can be unlocked in the same way as regular power armor paints. Join the faction of you choice and you'll unlock the corresponding paint job. Brotherhood rank insignias have been added and should unlock as you rank through the BoS questline, but I haven't tested this out yet.

Almost forgot, I also added a unique NCR Paint Job for the actual T-45 Power Armor as an added bonus.
