This is not a mod but a save file instead. To use the file, download MANUALLY and place in your saved games folder (Documents/MyGames/Fallout4/Game saves) load it up and just stand there. DO NOT LEAVE THE SETTLEMENT. Go make a snack or watch an episode of a tv show. When you return You will have your achievement.
