    what a game changer this mod is.
    using it with a tactvisor, i feel rain on my face now, when i'm dehydrated my head starts buzzing, and you can sense the direction you take a headshot from.

    Great mod Shizof!  The left arm tactosy doesnt get much feedback compared to the right, however.  Is there a way to add left arm feedback when holding a gun or rifle with both hands just like your HL Alyx mod?  Or even mirroring the right arm feedback ini edit would be awesome, any pointers appreciated!

      Yes, open tactsuit_vr_plugin.ini file in F4SE\Plugins folder. You can find various settings of the mod there.
      Set these settings to 1 according to your preferences: RifleFeedbackOnBothHands for two handed weapons only and AllGunFeedbackOnBothHands for all weapons.

    Is it possible to adapt this to the non vr version of fallout 4? If so how would one go about doing this? Any help/advice on this would be appreciated.

      Yes it's possible. It would require a significant amount of work though. Source is in the downloads. F4SEVR projects need to be replaced with F4SE ones and any addresses and hooks used needs to be found and replaced with fallout 4 counterparts.

    I understand this and do the same, kudos.

    What is the max limit we can set intensities and do we need to worry about damage or excess wear from higher intensities? I also have continuing effects with nothing showing in status and no harm near but I have not had time to trouble shoot beyond disabling active effects so I may be back to seek help with that.

    A quick note to users: some times I make changes then my mods that use plugins fail. I remove the folder FO4SE from DOCUMENTS  and store it on my desktop then restart the game and it restores the plugin loading. FO4SE creates a new folder with new logs. I have not needed to reinstall the old folder. This may be the wrong way to fix plugin loading. It seems OK for me.

      - There is no max limit for intensity settings. There may be one internally in the sdk, but I would send whatever you set it there and the limit is applied there, not in this mod.

      - I'm not sure about the damage on you. In my opinion, I don't think it would cause anything like that, it feels like massaging for me.

      - So does the continuing effects go away when you disable ActiveEffects from the ini? I think some effects may be hidden in menu, that may be the reason you don't see them showing.

      With active effects set to 0 my health was about 98% with 2% radiation and I had mild vibes that persisted until I slept one hour. I don't know if I had survival active but status was empty and I had no survival icons showing. I have changed many effects in the game and I have less than one hour in this vest with the mod. We can't determine anything from this jumbled info but I believe you are correct about having an effect that isn't showing in status.

      I love the mod and plan to tune it to my likes. There is lots happening here at once so I am going to remove all effects except primary incoming damages so I can understand and tune those first. Then I will blank those and tune the next batch like secondary incoming damage then environmental damage I guess. I want to test without enchantment mult and armor mult. Do I set those to zero or 1 to keep base effect?

      If you want to test without enchantment, set EnchantmentMultiplier to 0. For armor multiplier, setting ArmorDamageReductionMultiplier to 1 should keep the effects at full strength at all times regardless of your armor.

      If you want to determine an unwanted effect, you can save the game, enable logging in the ini and open the game again, the effect playing should show in the logs.

    I got the X16. I am doing my first test. It is working. The low health heartbeat makes a sound like an alarm clock. It is very distracting. Does anyone know if this is normal?

      Vest does some sound with some effects. I always play with closed headphones, so I don't hear them.

      You can disable any effect from the config file tactsuit_vr_plugin.ini by setting their intensity to 0.

    This is really a cool mod. Adds a lot to immersion. Can't thank you enough. Request: would a gta 5 version be even possible? Thanks.

      Thank you. I don't have any plans for gta 5, mainly because it not an official vr experience. But who knows what the future will bring.
      I'm currently working on Blade & Sorcery Integration. Hoping to release it in a few weeks.

      I never played B&S but looking forward to your release nonetheless.
      I've been testing gta 5 in vr with vorpx and it's been a shockingly immersive experience. The game is sooo detailed. Wish more vr games had that level of details.

    Hello just a general question about this mod.

    Are vibrations matched to the location of where the player is shot/hit? Say if i was shot in the stomach, would I feel a general vibration in the front of the vest or would the vibration be concentrated where the shot/hit landed?

      Direction is matched. But I don't have hooks for precise hit location information, so the height of the shot is randomized.

      Yes I'm working on Blade & Sorcery mod right now. I'll update skyrimvr mod too, that was the first one I made.

      You can support me by giving feedback on the work so I know which parts are great and which parts are not so I can make it better for you guys.

      Just trying to be clear - I'm ecstatic about your work and would like all other Tactsuit owners to know you're out there actively contributing to the (massively awesome) user experience. Haptics are such a new thing for the consumer market, as an early adopter I want to do everything I can to help people like you understand that people like me are out there cheering for your work. This isn't like creating a new map or better hair... you're pioneering in uncharted waters, I see that as far more difficult and catering to a much more niche' audience. WAY HARDER. Also I think I read you don't have a vest yourself?! That's insane man! I can't imagine what your motivation is, but PLEASE DON'T LOSE IT!

      I don't know where you read that, I have the vest, arm, head devices myself of course. It would have been very hard to create a good mod for it if I hadn't. Would be impossible to test and especially the different haptic effect designs for each and every situation are from my imagination and trials to see what works better.

    I seem to be having the same issue as in Skyrim. The only haptics I feel is when I strike something with my gun (melee). I did start with the f4sevr_loader. Hmmm....

      Success!!! If anyone is having trouble allow your games to access the internet. It needs to make contact with Bhaptics for the vest and everything else to work.

      I'm glad you got it working. bHaptics Tactsuit SDK uses websocket to connect with bHaptics Player. I guess preventing the game's connection through firewall prevented that. I'll add that to the description for others to see.
