About this mod
This mod is created to be used with weapon replacers. With this mod, super mutants will have their own weapons, and those weapons will be not replaced.

Anyway, this mod works, and you may like it if you want to keep vanilla weapons. Check compatibility notes in this description.
Description
THIS MOD IS CREATED TO BE USED ALONG WITH WEAPON REPLACERS
Usually, that kind of mods may remove several weapons from super mutants because of animation incompatibilities.
This mod adds duplicates of super mutant weapons. Super mutants will spawn with this weapons, in same level and modifications than vanilla.
So, if you replace a vanilla weapon, super mutants will still have "vanilla" weapons.
The duplicated weapons are assault rifle (renamed to Super Mutant Rifle), pipe gun (renamed to Super Mutant Pipe Gun), laser gun, hunting rifle, missile launcher and minigun.
Main file
With this file, you can replace any weapon. Super mutants will still use vanilla weapons.
Optional files
Main file makes stanalone all weapons super mutants use. But this may be not necessary. There are weapon replacers that are compatible with super mutants. Choose plugin that fits you mods (install only one file):
Super Mutant Weaponry: Pipe Guns - Assault Rifles - Hunting Rifles
This file makes super mutants' pipe guns, assault rifles and hunting rifles standalone (you can replace it, and super mutants will still use vanilla weapons).
Use this version if you use:
Pipe gun: Replaced with any weapon replacer you want
Assult rifle: Replaced with any weapon replacer you want
Hunting rifle: Replaced with any weapon replacer you want
Laser gun: Replaced with Energy Weapon Replacer - Wattz Laser Gun (or another weapon with vanilla laser gun animation)
Missile launcher: Replaced with Modern Weapon Replacer - Projectile Rocket Launcher (or another weapon with vanilla missile launcher animation)
Minigun: Replaced with Modern Weapon Replacer - Minigun Replacer - Mk.19 Shrike (or another weapon with vanilla minigun animation)
Super mutants will use this three replaced weapons.

This file makes super mutants' pipe guns, assault rifles, laser guns and hunting rifles standalone (you can replace it, and super mutants will still use vanilla weapons).

Compatibility with weapon replacers
This mod is compatible with mods that replace weapons. But there are mods that replace weapons and modification parts (receivers, stocks...). Super Mutant Weaponry weapons still use vanilla modification parts. So, this is not compatible with that kind of mods, because modification parts are replaced too. If you install this mod and see wrong weapons on super mutants, you have found an incompatibility.
ANYWAY, there is a simple way to make a replacer with whatever weapon you want. This method will take you few minutes, and will be 100% compatible with almost anything. Check the article I wrote about that (you will need F4Edit):

Compatibility with mods that modify vanilla weapons
This mod is compatible with mods that modify or add parts (meshes, textures, scopes, stocks, receivers, ...) of vanilla weapons.
But mods that modify base weapon stats will do nothing to these weapons.
Load order
Some replacer mods modify super mutants leveled lists. Because of that, I recommend to load this mod after weapon replacers. Then, you will find your cool replaced weapons on shops, enemies, crates, etc (as always) and super mutant weaponry on endearing angry mutants.
