Decrepit Vault-Tec Pipboy
Gives your Pip-Boy a Vault-Tec coat of paint, but..with an old, decrepit look.
Ver 2 is now up. Toned down the garish colouring, faded a bit.
I did this because it made sense to me. Your Pip-Boy is at least 220 years old.
You pried it off the cold dead arm of a long deceased Vault-Tec employee.
As bodies break down, they can effect their surroundings, corrupting and staining as they go.
Hence, your Pip wouldn't be in the best condition when you obtain it.
Perhaps you licked it clean before wearing it, perhaps not.
Either way, it's gonna be in a bit of a state.
These textures are from the HD Res texture pack. English only.
