This is a very simple mod to block Fallon's mannequins. I hate to see them always scattered on the ground, today I looked for something similar here on Nexus and I was surprised it hadn't been done yet and so here we are!

"Technically" I just attached the script to block them (defaultdisablehavokonload) and ticked the appropriate Record Flag (Don't Havok Settle) in the Creation Kit. Please don't ask for an esl file, it's so simple that you can merge the changes in other esp files in less then one minute using FO4Edit....oh yeah, I've used it to check the plugins of course.
5 files available (wow!!!), there are options for the inside and/or the outside, in case someone wants only a part to avoid possible conflicts with other mods. You will also notice some Vanilla options, because the Far Harbor dlc modifies the PreVis Files Timestamp record in the DiamondCityOrigin cell where are the eternal mannequins...pardon, I meant eXternal! None of the five plugins require Far Harbor as master file, but non-Vanilla ones incorporate the same changes. The basement isn't modified by any dlc.
TO SUM UP:
Choose only a single file to install.... Fallon's Mannequins no Havok - Inside.esp (only inside) Fallon's Mannequins no Havok - Outside.esp (only outside) Fallon's Mannequins no Havok - Inside Outside.esp (both)
....or if you don't have Far Harbor, always just a single file.... Fallon's Mannequins no Havok - Inside.esp (only inside) Fallon's Mannequins no Havok - Outside Vanilla.esp (only outside) Fallon's Mannequins no Havok - Inside Outside Vanilla.esp (both)
TO CONSIDER:
I chose the simplest option, the mannequins are locked and there is no possibility to move them, so if you like to grab and slam them in Becky's face and around the city, if you prefer to use them as shooting targets or even if you simply enjoy to sit on a bench watching the dear old Dogmeat playing with them.....this is not a mod suitable for you.
Moreover, if you have just entered the shop and the mannequins have already flown everywhere, they will get stuck forever. I'm kidding, it's true that you will find them locked in that position, but when the cell resets they will return to their original places, this time forever, finally!
DISCLAIMER STATEMENTS:
Remember, backup your saves if you mod a game.... ....and if it's a Bethesda game backup your saves in any case. In Italy we say: "Uomo avvisato mezzo salvato"!
No mannequins have been harmed or mistreated during the making of the mod.
Do what you want with the files, you won't be able to make money with it anyway ;)
