Should work with Reshade 4.2.1
The keys D and F activate a 2nd DOF and a dirt lense. I play with a controller but the D might be problematic for keyboard players, so just change the key to something else.
The screenshots were taken with the ingame DOF at it's lowest setting so I dunno how the reshade DOF looks with it on or with Dinavision.
